Long story
I was born in the Great state of Texas and I am proud to say that I was raised in the awesome city of Austin. I came from two hardworking Mexican parents that decided to move to the United States to provide better opportunities for themselves and their future family. As far as I can remember I have always been a creative person. From drawing the trucks my dad drove to rigging up the household items to make a slingshot. After graduating from Del Valle High School, I attended community college to try and figure out what I wanted to pursue. Until I decided to pursue a career in design since I was heavily into graphic tees at the time. Which takes me to where I am now, a recent graduate from Texas State University with a BFA in Communication Design. My style depends on my mood, I am inspired by everything from posters, to movies, to music or sports. What motivates me is not creativity but success and success comes in many forms.
There will be times that you will catch me in my fitted athletic clothes listening to rock because I either finished a workout or plan to workout. Other days I’ll be wearing minimal clothing with absolutely no branding because I am going for a subtle look. Now the times that I want to be loud and fresh I’ll be rocking a clean pair of sneakers with an oversized vintage shirt listening to rap. There will also be days that you’ll catch me in my cowboy boots blasting country and corridos. What I love about all the different styles, is that I love mixing up cultures. What I love about design is the opportunity to combine styles and elements to create something unique that I can call my own.
